We had been friends for several years before we decided to turn our friendship into something more.

Scott was living his best bachelor life in Austin, while Mandy was single mommin it in Georgetown.

on a whim in December 2021 we decided to meet up at a local bar just the two of us, and when the night ended with a sweet kiss it ignited the beginning of something neither one of us saw coming.

we spent several months getting to know each other. But started making memories right away, our first official date was a night on the Texas Gulf coast where we sleept on the beach under the stars, I would say we grew quite found of one another rather quickly and the distance between Austin and Georgetown seemed to get further and further apart with each goodbye.

so we moved in together!! Since then our love has continued to grow and we continued to travel, laugh and share our life together!

having two kids in the mix (Wyatt and Bonnie) we went from a couple to a full blown family really fast!!! But everything just fell into place so beautifully, the kids took to him with ease and he was the perfect fit for them!

in May 2023 on the beautiful white sand beaches of Honduras Scott proposed!! And so began their journey as an engaged couple!!! Feelings were growing all around and after some health scares in October that year we decided some changes needed to be made…. Not knowing what that was we prayed, we prayed for guidance and healing, and we decided to let go and let love take the wheel….. and that is how we became a family of 5 in 2024 lol

to say we are blessed is an understatement! When you meet your person everything just kinda falls into place, sometimes out of order but perfectly placed!!!
