Absolutely! Of course, if you want to have a night out for yourselves that's always great fun, but children are welcome! We will have some activities just for kids to enjoy themselves!

Semi-formal: please wear what makes you comfortable, we only ask that you not wear T-shirt and jeans. Nice slacks and a simple button down would be fine. No need to wear a suit or evening gown, unless you want to! Feel free to bring comfy shoes for dancing and enjoying outdoor activities as well!! There will also be a fire pit and outdoor patio, so bring a jacket if you'd like to go outside for some yummy s'mores! Please avoid wearing all black or dark greens. Kids are also allowed to wear their Halloween costumes if they'd like!

We will begin with Cocktail hour from 4-5, followed by the bridal party arrival and introduction, and the reception is from 5 until 10pm. Food will start being served at 5:30-It is a served buffet. The bar will be open from 4 until 10.

We’ll be honest: we have a strict limit on the number of people who are allowed at our venue, and budget-wise, we can only accommodate those listed on the invite(will be listed when you RSVP online). Thank you for understanding. (If, however, you feel we have overlooked someone please feel free to contact Amanda or Bobby to see if they can be accomdated!)

No photos at the ceremony. We have a limited time with our photographer that evening and don't want her having to try to work around a bunch of other people trying to take photos. You may take photos at the reception, but please be mindful of the photographer. She is the professional and is being paid to do her job. DO NOT USE FLASH..it could interfere with her photos. Please DO NOT post any photos on social media from the evening until after the Bride and Groom have shared their own photos- with the exception of sharing them to the group platform.

We do not have a hotel block, however, there are several hotels within 15 minutes of the venue if needed.. If you would like suggestions or help finding/booking a hotel, please let us know.

Yes! We will have self-serve beer and wine during cocktail hour from 4-5. We will have an open bar from 5-10, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We also will have non-alcoholic options including water, sodas, iced tea, and infused waters

Excellent question! Lots! For cocktail hour we are going to have Charcuterie. The main dinner will be buffet style, and you will have a choice of Smoked chicken, roast beef, or Eggplant Parm(Gluten Free) with smashed redskin potato and homemade gravy, bread, rolls, buns, and butter, green beans almondine, and strawberry pecan salad. For snacks and desserts, we are going to have a "Trick or Treat" cookie table full of yummy homemade cookies, cakes, and candy's. And of course we're going to have a wonderful wedding cake which will be Dark chocolate and strawberry flavored. There will also be a fire pit where you're welcome to toast some s'mores!

Great question! We were told that, while there are heaters available, nobody has ever needed to use them! Therefore, we will be using the heaters on the patio, but they can be moved inside if we need to. We do recommend you bring a warm jacket or coat to wear(and comfy shoes!) in case you want to wander down to the fire pit!
