Brayden and Wayne met playing T-ball as kids. Friendship drifted through elementary, Middle, and High school. Wayne and Brayden reconnected in college; they lived across the street from one another. The rest in history, throughout Wayne traveling for work and living far from Home Wayne and Brayden have remained connected. They love to spend "virtual" time together playing video games. Brayden and his beautiful wife are expecting their first baby in Spring 2025.

Madi and I met through our amazing friend and my other Matron of Honor, Bekah Williams. Madi and I have been able to share many adventures. We were able to be a part of the carpool crazies for Bekah and Dustin's wedding in Montana; this is where our friendship took off. We have enjoyed several other road trips to Okoboji, GA, to see my parents. Madi is one of my most faithful friends, and I am beyond blessed to have her in my life. She and her fantastic husband had their first baby girl in September 2024.

Ryan and Wayne met while in High School. Wayne and Ryan shared many memories at the Frio, in college, and beyond.

Bekah and I met through our friend Jordyn Kirkle over 10 years ago. Bekah and I both attended and worked in the Kids' ministry at Church. Bekah, Jordyn, and I shared many fun memories early on in our friendship. Even though Bekah and Dustin moved to Kansas, Bekah has remained my best friend. She is the definition of a Sister in Christ. Despite her life adversities, she always pushes me back to the CROSS!! Bekah and Dustin's marriage and relationship are things I have been admiring for many years. They both display a complete sense of what, indeed, the work AGAPE loves is!! I am so thankful that GOD placed Bekah in my life over 10 years ago. I also cannot wait for what the future holds for our friendship in the years to come!

Wayne and Stoney met freshman year of high school. Wayne and Stoney became friends while playing football. Stoney's dad was the football coach. Wayne became closer to Stoney's family throughout the rest of High School and into college. Wayne even lived with Stoney while he worked in Cedar Park, Texas.

Kylee and I met through Chi Omega. We were part of the same friend group that got together on weekends throughout undergrad. We became friends because we shared the same interests and classes at UNO. Since undergrad, Kylee has remained a great friend. We can always pick up right where we left off. Kylee has supported me in some of my darkest times thus far in life. I am so thankful for our friendship, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Max and Wayne became buddies while Angela, Wayne and I hung out. Wayne and Max love to play video games and go on double dates with us.

Met Angela is 2019. I knew from the very beginning that we would be lifelong friends. Angela had just moved here from California to live with her boyfriend. Angela and I enjoy spending time together going thrift shopping, sharing a glass of wine, watching the bachelorette and hanging by the pool.

Tyler and Wayne met through Stoney in high school. Wayne and Sample share many memories in high school and then became roommates in Cedar Park. Tyler just married his beautiful wife Madison in November 2024.

Colton is Wayne's cousin. Colton and Wayne share many memories hanging out together while they were both socializing in college. Wayne and Colton are mutual best friends with Brayden.

Keeleigh and I first connected while hanging out at the Mansion in Lincoln. She’s an incredibly dedicated person and a true champion for her friends and loved ones. I deeply value my friendship with Keeleigh.

Cassie and I also connected through our group of friends at the Mansion. She and Madi played softball together at UNL. Cassie has been an incredibly loyal and supportive friend, and I’m so grateful to have her in our corner!

Caitlin was the owner of the "Mansion" in Lincoln, and she truly has one of the biggest hearts. When I needed a place to stay at the last minute, even though it wasn’t the most convenient for her, she didn’t hesitate—she simply said, “We’ve got you, we’ll make it work.” This is just one of many examples of the kind of person Caitlin is. I’m so grateful for our friendship.

Nicole and I first connected through mutual friends here in Omaha, and over the past three years, our friendship has grown tremendously. Nicole and her husband Dano have a beautiful marriage that truly exemplifies sacrificial love. Both of them are devoted followers of Christ, and they’ve been an incredible source of encouragement and support for Wayne and me in our relationship. Their friendship has been such a blessing.
