Rob and Amanda first met at Lowe’s, where they both worked as Assistant Store Managers. They started working together on July 26, 2023, and not long after, their paths crossed in a way neither of us expected.

On June 18, 2024, Rob asked Amanda to go out for a drink — little did she know it would just be the two of them! Amanda wasn’t even sure how or when Rob got her number. But that night led to endless conversation and the beginning of forever. A few weeks later, on July 9, Rob and Amanda went on their first official date , a meet up for coffee at a small shop called Grover’s Mills … and here’s a fun secret: Rob doesn’t even really drink coffee!

By August 4, they said their first “I love you’s.” Then, on September 3, Rob officially “broke her in” by taking Amanda to her very first Mets game, of course they won. On October 23, they took their first vacation together , and the adventures have just kept coming ever since.

As time went on, Rob and Amanda shared their interests and passions with each other. Amanda took Rob sunflower picking , Rob took Amanda bowling. As their lives became more intertwined and their love grew , first holidays were celebrated together , families were met and introduced to each other, and made countless other special memories were made. On June 27, during a weekend getaway at a cozy cabin in Pennsylvania, Rob asked Amanda to marry him — and of course, she said yes!

Just a few weeks later, on August 1, the next chapter of their lives together started when Amanda (and Nova, Havoc, and Asher!) officially moved in.

There have been so many beautiful moments since — and even more to come as they continue writing their love story together. ❤️
