Ballymagarvey Village is located in Meath Co, Ireland. This is about 30 minutes west of Dublin.
Where will I stay the night of the wedding?
Majority of guests will be able to stay on site at the venue the night of the wedding, there will also be lodging available at a bread and breakfast down the road for which transportation will be provided. Specifics to follow in the coming months :)
What is the timeline for the day?
A bus will be provided for transportation of guests from a central location (which will be announced soon) around 2:30pm with plan to arrive at the venue for 3:00pm check in.
The ceremony will take place around 4 pm, giving guests an hour to settle into their rooms and freshen up. Most guests will be staying on site, allowing guests to return to their room for touch ups and other needs whenever they like :)
Following the ceremony, there will be a two hour ‘drinks reception’ which is known as the cocktail hour by us Americans ;)
The guests will then transition to the main hall for dinner, dancing, and the most fun.
Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID to travel to Ireland?
As of now, it is not required to be vaccinated against COVID nor do you need a negative PCR prior to travel. Of course, for the safety of all, testing prior to travel is always the safest option.
