Brendan and I met when I was in 9th grade and he was in 10th grade. I switched to WCA Schools with only 3 months left of my 9th grade year. I was best friends with Brendan's cousin. He told me that from the moment he saw me, he knew he had to have me. On Friday, May 18, 2007, I got a late night phone call that changed my life forever.

Ever since then, we've been inseparable. All throughout high school we spent many nights with each other. Then came college. Brendan went to college in Willmar and I attended college in Alexandria. There were nights where Brendan or I would drive to where the other one was, spend the night, then drive right back to school the following morning.

After we graduated college, we decided it was time to get an apartment together. So, we got an apartment in Kensington. Living in the apartment was fun, for awhile. After living in an apartment for about 2 years, Brendan purchased a house. It's been fun making the house our home. It didn't take us long before we got a kitty and a puppy.

Brendan proposed to me on October 14, 2015. We had gone out for a bike ride and Brendan wanted to make a pit stop at Runestone Park. It took me by complete surprise! We are beyond excited to spend the rest of our lives together.
