Our Wedding

Originally meeting at Towson University, Brandon and Amanda started their relationship on September 10th 2016 at 天天ラーメン (Ten Ten Japanese Ramen, R.I.P)&nbsp;after their first date at the Baltimore Science&nbsp;Center&nbsp;(a&nbsp;perfect combination of both of their interests).&nbsp;&nbsp;

Many study dates, church activities, pragmatic food hunting, and scary movies were enjoyed in the midst of their&nbsp;relationship; until things took a drastic change.



In 2019, Brandon got an opportunity to fulfill his life-long dream of working and living in&nbsp;Japan. &nbsp;Right before Amanda started the&nbsp;first year of her Master's program at the University of Delaware, they planned a trip for Amanda to visit Brandon in Kobe, Japan.&nbsp;



After a week filled with sushi, playing with monkeys and ferrets, zip-lining through the tree tops with new Japanese friends, and much more; Brandon proposed to Amanda at&nbsp;明石海峡大橋 (Akashi Kaikyo Bridge), the world's largest suspending bridge. Brandon chose this spot to symbolize that no matter how far apart they might be&nbsp;(6813.95 miles to be exact)&nbsp;their commitment&nbsp;to&nbsp;love&nbsp;one another will always&nbsp;keep them firmly&nbsp;connected.

Covid Update

Updated August 18th, 2021As of August 18th, there is not currently a mask mandate in place for Baltimore County. We will not be requiring guests to wear masks at the wedding, however, those who feel safest while wearing a mask are encouraged to do so.&nbsp;In an effort to prioritize our guests' safety&nbsp;, we will be practicing social distancing wherever possible. Guests will be spaced out to the best of our ability during the ceremony. Seating arrangements are being made to allow for 6-7 people per table (tables originally seat 10).&nbsp;





If you are unable to get the vaccine before the wedding, we hope that you will help keep this event as safe as possible by getting Covid tested two days prior to the wedding, September 10th.&nbsp; 





We will continue to&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;the Governor's restrictions on indoor gathering capacity as the wedding approaches.&nbsp;
