Schuyler and Amanda first met through their mutual friends (Austin and Maggie who were quite surprised by this romance) at Lawless Distillery. Amanda was extremely charmed by Schuyler's pizza buying skills, because who could turn down free pizza. Little did she know when he would inquire the next day about her to Maggie, that Amanda was with Maggie at a yoga class. Where Maggie set-up hangout number 2 at Modist with Amanda's sights set high on free food!

After being forced to hang out with each other 24/7 by Covid, Amanda and Schuyler had to get creative early on in their dating journey. This led to such dates as Bob Ross painting nights, puzzles (once and never again), cooking, and house projects (replacing a toilet - what fun! how romantic!).

In the spirit of MLK day, Amanda decided a dog was immediately necessary in their lives. Amanda and Schuyler drove a total of 8 hours, to and from Wisconsin, to obtain their dog Stella. They constantly regret it and hope to one day return their dog to her home country.

Amanda and Schuyler have been to lots of fun places together including but not limited to: Anguilla, Yellowstone, the Smokey Mountains, the Kentucky Derby, St Paul, Little Falls, Rochester, Several State Parks, Several local dog parks, multiple breweries, like 3 restaurants and Des Moines Iowa!
