Ceremony Details:

Time- 1:45 pm Doors Open

Ceremony-2:00 pm

The Ceremony will take place indoors with AC ( it'll be nice and cold!)

We are having a Traditional Ceremony with an Instrumental Trio.

When entering St. Thomas Church there will be a table with a guest book, ceremony outline, and paper airplanes to "send off" the Newly Weds after the ceremony.

We ask that you grab a paper airplane before the ceremony. After the ceremony, please line up at the front doors making a line on the left and right of the doors for the couple to run through. Michelle (the bride's sister and Maid of Honor) & Kelsey (the bride's Sister-In-Law and Bridesmaid) will have instructions on the airplane toss at the timing.

Reception Details:

As you enter the Reception there will be a multitude of activities you can partake in. Such as the Guest book to sign if you were unable to at the ceremony. The Wilson's Family Bible to highlight/put notes in for the couple. A Wise Advice Card/Silly advice to write your marriage wisdom/fun advice on and a box to place it in.

There will also be A Wedding Newspaper, Stickers of the Bride and Groom as cartoons, and Wedding Favors. Lastly, there will be High Top Tables for you to see pictures of the couples with favorite bible verses, Photo Albums and three TVs around the main room/bar room with slide shows of the couple, their families, and friends

There will be plenty of parking for the Reception. If for some reason there isn't enough parking. Our guests will be instructed on where to park and then be shuttled to the Reception's entryway.

The Reception will take place indoors with AC (it'll be nice and cold). There are outside seating options. There is a beautiful deck that overlooks the golf course and a patio with a fireplace (turned on in the evening hours) to enjoy.

Food and Drinks:

Cocktail hour will be from 3:00-4:30 pm.

Drinks:

There is a bar to place orders for drinks and other beverages.

There will be sodas, coffee, and other drinks at the Reception. Alcohol will cover beers and wines with the option of a cash bar for our guests for other cocktails and drinks.

Dinner will be buffet style with Marinated & Grilled Flank Steak and Tuscan Chicken with the Highlands 931 Salad and Baked Rolls. Sides will include Asparagus and Over Roasted Red Skin Potatoes.

Allergies:

There will not be any nuts, latex, or citrus. The food may include gluten and dairy.
