Yes - the bride and groom are providing coach bus transportation from our chosen hotel, Fishkill Hyatt House, to the venue. As well as transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. Be sure to take note of the pickup and drop-off times.

Our ceremony will take place outside adjacent to the golf course (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors in the ballroom.

Semi-formal wedding - no jeans or T-shirts, please.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM - feel free to arrive sooner and get settled outside at our ceremony site against the golf course. Cocktail Hour is from 5-6 PM. We party all night from 6-10 PM.

Trip 1 to Venue: Leaves Hotel at 2:45 PM & Arrives to Venue by 3:15 PM. (NOTE* If you are family members, please take the first shuttle to arrive for family photos by 3:30 PM*) Trip 2 to Venue: Leaves Hotel at 3:45 PM & Arrives to Venue by 4:15 PM. Trip 1 Back to Hotel: Leaves venue at 9:15 PM & Arrives to Hotel by 9:45 PM. Trip 2 Back to Hotel: Leaves venue at 10:15 PM & Arrives to Hotel by 10:45 PM.
