The day we started dating! Kellen asked to make it official as the ball dropped on New Year's Eve.

The last day of our senior year of high school. We met in journalism in Lab 201, which is where this photo was taken. We spent many late nights together designing the paper and grew close when Amanda would drive Kellen home. Months before we started dating, we spent a lot of time parked in Kellen's driveway getting to know each other.

On the day of senior prom, Kellen forgot their tickets at home. Luckily, his parents saved the day! Their slow dances were to "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith and "Young and Beautiful" by Lana Del Rey.

Kellen visited Amanda while she was camping at Salt Fork State Park. That night, Kellen begged a worker at a souvenir shop to let him in after closing so he could buy a gift for their 6-month anniversary. Amanda, of course, still has the bracelet.

We went to college 2.5 hours apart, taking a "GoBus" to visit each other once or twice each month. This was taken in the bathroom of Amanda's dorm during her freshman year at OSU.

During one of Amanda's first visits to OU, where Kellen went to college, we went to a basketball game together.

A return visit to Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, where Kellen first hinted that he had a crush on Amanda 3 years earlier. She was absolutely clueless, even when our journalism classmates giggled and waved at us from the sidewalk.

We took this picture after a weekend spent together at OU, right before Amanda got on the GoBus. Saying goodbye was never easy.

This was taken where, in many ways, it all started--Kellen's driveway,. This time, Amanda dropped Kellen off at home before he left for his last summer internship. Throughout college, we spent 3 summers apart.

Kellen moved to New York City on his own after we spent our post-grad summer apart. Amanda (finally) joined him at our first apartment in August.

Our first trip as a couple (just 6 years late...) We went to Portland, where we had Voodoo Doughnuts, went to Powell's Books, and visited Providence Park.

One of our favorite haunts: Brooklyn Beer Garden. We've gotten into breweries lately and always visit at least one when we travel.

Sunset Beach is a place that is very close to Amanda and her family. She's been so lucky to share it with Kellen a few times.

One of our favorite days of all time: the day we got engaged! On our way to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, on the subway platform underground, a ladybug landed on Kellen's chest. We plan to get matching ladybug tattoos so we always remember how magical that day was.

From our trip to Boston, where we discovered that we really love taking self-guided tours, had amazing pasta, and saw a pair of drunk men dressed as revolutionary soldiers not once, but twice.
