Sean and Amanda matched on Bumble with Sean using this picture as his leading sales pitch. Fortunately for him, it was Amandas goal in life to become the real-life Ms. Frizzle from the Magic School Bus, so she respected the costumed lesson and the picture peaked her curiosity. After a few days of witty banter, they went on their first date and bonded over their shared interests in Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, music, and...of course... buffalo wings.

The couple continued to get closer, expanding on their shared interests by going on dates to breweries, concerts, outdoor activities, amusement parks, etc. They especially loved building off the same energy as that picture that brought them together: getting creative with their costumes for Halloween and lessons.

Over the years both Sean and Amanda became very close with each other's families. This was especially important to both of them as they navigated the trials of the pandemic and accomplished many things throughout their relationship.

On a shared family trip to Myrtle Beach, Sean proposed to Amanda with a beautiful scene of the words "Marry Me" written in lights surrounded by candles and rose petals. They were engaged!!
