Were going to go back to 2011... It was springtime of Amandas freshman year and Andrews junior year of high school. Amanda sprained her ankle at dance class. She then went to the athletic trainers office at school for physical therapy. Andrew was interning with the athletic trainer and there they met and would talk during the sessions a few times a week. Thus, a friendship began.


Two years later, in between semesters away at college, Andrew asked Amanda to be his girlfriend on December 27, 2012. It was many years we had to endure a long distance type of relationship with Amanda finishing high school, then undergrad, and eventually optometry school. Andrew was very patient. 6 months after graduating from optometry school, they moved in together. A year later Andrew proposed on the beaches of Aruba, surrounded by his family. It was a magical moment for all. Now they cannot wait to tie the knot and begin this next chapter together.
