Cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

While we love all of the kids in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only event due to space restrictions.

The Island House is located in John’s Island, SC. Approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the venue which is outdoors. The reception will be held underneath the event tent located along the Stono River behind the house. Address: 2658 Swygert Blvd, Johns Island, SC 29455

There is plenty of parking available at the venue! The main grass parking lot, located to the right of the house, can park up to 150 cars.

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. The bus will pick-up guests starting at 4:15 PM from the Embassy Suites hotel in downtown Charleston located at 337 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn hotel next door to the Embassy Suites, you will need to meet at the pick-up location outside of Embassy Suites main lobby. The bus will return guests to the Embassy Suites at 10:30pm following the reception.
