To book the lowered group rate go to the hotel's website. Make sure to select group rate and type in the block code: G-BG24 before continuing on with your booking information for the reservation.

Please check in on-line the morning of your arrival especially if you plan on arriving Saturday morning. This will give you a better opportunity to get access to your room before the official 3PM check in .

We HIGHLY encourage our guests to use Uber or Lyft to get to and from our wedding. It is recommended that if you are going to use these services, reserve your ride ahead of time because it outside of downtown Fredericksburg. If you plan on driving between the hotel and the venue make sure you allow yourself enough time to get to the venue. There can be a lot of traffic in that area!
