It all started in 2017, in the cozy corner of a small tavern in Olympia, where fate brought two strangers together. What began as a casual conversation over drinks quickly turned into something much more meaningful for us. From that moment, we haven’t spent a day apart.

Over the past eight years, we've experienced the full spectrum of life’s highs and lows. We’ve celebrated countless milestones, traveled across the country together, built memories that will last a lifetime, and learned more about ourselves and each other than we ever could have imagined. Together, we’ve grown as individuals and as a couple—supporting one another through the challenges that life has thrown our way.

Whether the biggest tests we faced came with the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic or building a family together, we evolved into something greater, even in the face of uncertainty and isolation, we grew even closer, finding strength in each other, and in our love. Every obstacle only reinforced the bond we share.

Through it all, we’ve shared so many special moments—like the joy of welcoming our beloved fur baby, Sky, a spirited husky with a heart full of love and energy. Sky has become a true part of our family, keeping us on our toes and reminding us of the simple joys in life. Our engagement in Kona, Hawaii, will always hold a special place in our hearts. Surrounded by the beauty of the island and the love of some of our closest family, it was the perfect setting for our engagement. The memories we created there will forever remind us of the love and support that surrounds us as we begin this new chapter together.

As we take this next step in our journey together, we reflect on all that we’ve built, and all that we’ve overcome. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found each other in that little pub all those years ago, and we’re excited for all that’s still to come. Our story is just beginning, and we can’t wait to write the next chapter together.
