While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

There is a parking lot right next to the venue, street parking, as well as a parking lot at the UW Sports Factory, which is a quick 5 minute walk. The venue is downtown Rockford so there will be plenty of space to park!

Yes, there is a lift right when you walk in, and an elevator for all 3 levels.

The wedding will be indoors, but we will have access to the rooftop if you want to step outside.

We are not reserving blocks of rooms at hotels, but there are plenty to choose from in Rockford. Check out the lodging tab where we have linked a few options. Embassy Suites would be the closest to our event.

The deadline is 11/30/24. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make an exception and will have to mark you as a ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count.
