Room Blocks

Room blocks are setup at the Delafield AmericInn under HCD Wedding for $149/night plus tax and the Delafield Holiday Inn Express under HDB for $174/night.

Shuttle Service

We have a complimentary shuttle service running between the Delafield AmericInn, Holiday Inn & Express and La Quinta Hotels the hour leading up to the ceremony and last two hours of the reception.

2:30: Ceremony

3:15-5:30: Cocktails and Appetizers

5:30-6:00: Dinner Buffet

6:30-Midnight: Reception and Dancing

We will be having an open bar for all but premium liquors, ask the bartender for what's all included in the open bar. Gratuity has been prepaid, but feel free to give extra to the bartenders if you wish.
