<p>Joe and Amanda have known each other for a little over ten years. Although, when they first met, they were unaware of the wonderful life they would build together. A few years of career and location changes and they had lost touch. But a couple years later in the Fall of 2020 their paths crossed again one night while Amanda was working. Amanda wasn't going to let any more time slip away between them and asked for Joe's number, and Joe did not pass up that opportunity. From that moment forward, their relationship grew into what it has become today. Joe introduced Amanda to four wheeling and snowmobiling, and it became two of their favorite hobbies. They have been taking many trips which has only helped to grow the bond between them. They also share a love/hate relationship for their beloved football team, the Buffalo Bills. Every year they travel to Buffalo to watch the New York Rangers play against the Buffalo Sabres, even though they are a divided household on which team to root for. They also enjoy going to dirt track races with friends, spending time with their families, and hanging out with their dog, Hank. They were simply meant to be together. Joe proposed to Amanda on June 9, 2023 at a lake house on Cayuga lake during a surprise weekend getaway. It was a beautiful time and a memory that will never be forgotten. They look forward to making many more memories over the coming years and are excited to start this new chapter of their lives.</p>
