Las Vegas Boulevard is iconic, bright, and fun. Our recommendations if you have extra time for the Strip are the Bellagio fountains and garden, which are both free. The Venetian has beautiful gondola rides, shops, and restaurants.
Downtown Las Vegas is home to the Mob Museum which shows the interesting history of Las Vegas. Walking down the Freemont Street Experience is definitely unique, and we recommend if it is your first time downtown. There are fun bars and many people watching opportunities.
The first night we ever spent time together, we went to a fun bar in the Arts District downtown called ReBar. It is fun and unique (all of the decor is for sale!) We recommended a visit if you have time and want to go to a bar.
Red Rock is located on the west side of town, a beautiful place for hiking and sightseeing. Reservations recommended to enter the park. If you find yourself here for a few days, Las Vegas is also a day trip away from the beautiful Grand Canyon and Zion National Park.
Shark Reef is an aquarium located inside of the Mandalay Bay. They have lots of sharks, beautiful sea turtles, and more!
Our local Minor League Baseball team the Las Vegas Aviators has home games the week and weekend of our wedding. We love going to aviators games and recommend if you are looking for something to do :)
Las Vegas has an overwhelming amount of food options so here are some of our favorites.
Downtown
PublicUS has yummy coffee and a lot of options for breakfast and lunch. (pictured above)
Esthers Kitchen has delicious home made pasta and sourdough bread.
The Strip
We love Brewdog for their fun views and yummy food selection.
Lake Las Vegas area:
The village in Lake Las Vegas has some fun food options! Mimi and Coco Bistro has yummy pasta and meat options. If you drive about 10 minutes from LLV you can visit Water Street and try Juan's Flaming Fajitas, it is one of our favorites.
