The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will all take place at White Birch Barn. 7180 W Smith Rd, Medina, OH 44256

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm at the outside gazebo, followed by an hour of refreshments and appetizers in the courtyard. If you are attending the ceremony, we ask that you arrive by 4:00pm to allow time to park and get seated. Guests will move inside the barn for the reception starting at 6:00pm. A buffet dinner will be served around 6:45pm then lead to a night of drinks and dancing. Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will be held inside the barn.

The dress code for our wedding is casual cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a nice dress or dressy separates. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and there is air conditioning inside the barn for the reception.

We’ll be serving a variety of appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet dinner, and of course dessert. Enjoy our open bar with liquor, wine, beer, and RTD beverages. We have the shuttle to get you safely to the hotel, so please do not drink and drive!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. There is a large parking lot on the side of the barn along the vineyards. For those staying at the hotel, a shuttle will transport guests to and from the venue before the ceremony and after the reception.

For those coming into town or wanting to stay post reception can book under our two hotel blocks in Medina. If you need two nights, please book at the Hampton Inn and for one night please book at the Fairfield Marriott. You can find the rates, block codes and link to book on the 'travel' page. The hotels are located on Eastpointe Dr. off Route 18 and are about 17 minutes away from the venue. Those staying can park at the hotel and take our complimentary shuttle to and from the venue.

There will be a QR code to scan with the invitation that will allow you to fill out the RSVP form. All RSVPs must be completed by July 1st, 2023.
