The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM under the willow trees. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to be seated.

Semi-Formal. For the ladies, please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors in the grass so please be conscious of that if you decide to wear heels.

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to limited space at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones.

The venue has a strict policy prohibiting outside food and drinks. Unless there is a medical reason to do so or you are feeding a baby, please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks to the venue. Dinner will be provided and there will be an open bar following the ceremony with select drinks available for free and others available for purchase.

Yes! We have two hotel options available with room blocks in each. Please visit the "Travel" tab and click on "Website" to book a room within our block. Deadline to book with the block rate is July 30th, 2025. First come, first served.

Yes, you can! There is plenty of parking. However, all cars must be off the property by no later than 9:00 AM the morning after. Please note that we have been informed by the venue that Uber/Lyft does not run consistently and reliably in Poynette, so make sure to have safe transportation plans for the night prior to arriving.

A Badger Bus will be leaving from the Courtyard Madison East Hotel at 3:45 PM to take guests staying at the hotels to the venue. Please note that the bus can only seat 56 people and will only be making one trip to the venue, so it will be first come, first served. The Badger Bus will also be taking two trips back to the Courtyard Madison East Hotel at the end of the night. There will be a shuttle at 9:30 PM for those turning in early, and another shuttle leaving after the dance floor closes at 11 PM. Just a reminder that if you choose to drive to the venue and take a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night, all cars must be off the property by 9:00 AM the morning after.

The Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is the closest airport to the venue and hotels. If you are planning to get a rental car and explore Wisconsin while visiting, the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is also an option, about an hour and 15 minutes from the hotels.
