There are TONS in Leesburg. The Leesburg Colonial Inn is a quaint hotel that offers free breakfast. There is also a Hampton Inn and Suites Leesburg with a pool and a Homewood Suites by Hilton Leesburg.

There is parking! The road is gravel, so be prepared for that.
