Back in 2021 when the world was still closed, Mapleview Mall was doing curbside pick-ups. Kyle saw Amanda over and over and thought "Who belongs to those eyes?" so he waved. Amanda thought "Who is waving at me?" Once the mall opened Kyle and Amanda ran into each other at Starbucks, and he came over to introduce himself and then walked Amanda to her store. After that, they never saw each other.

In November, Amanda broke her phone and had to go to Apple, low and behold, Kyle was there. They chatted briefly and again Kyle walked Amanda to her store and said "We should get a coffee sometime!", to which Amanda very awkwardly said, "No, ya, for sure." We parted ways and didn't exchange any information. The beauty of social media is that Kyle found Amanda on Instagram, followed her, and then chickened out

Flash forward to January, Amanda, losing her patience (and with some peer pressure from her friends, thanks Lex and Bailey) slid into Kyle's DM's and said "So were you serious about that coffee?".

& the rest was history.
