Hello everyone, this is Amanda. You know that Dylan did not want to write our story so it will be me... and yes it will be from my point of view. So let's get started!

Dylan and I met in December of 2015. This would be our Junior year of high school. We met through some mutual friends, one being Joel (a groomsman). Dylan and I immediately hit it off, thanks to my extremely good looks and lovable personality. A little over a month after we met we started dating. From dating we did all of the fun high school activities together- homecoming, sadies, prom, senior nights, football games, parties, etc. I loved watching Dylan play varsity volleyball at foothill. So many memories with our friends and with one another. We graduated together May 2017 and started our adulting journey. After high school, we both began college. Dylan and I both worked at the City of Henderson throughout college. City of Henderson, Dylan met some great coworkers that are now great friends. College was hard and took up so much time. Dylan and I still managed to continue to do things that we love to do together throughout this though. We made sure to go on vacations- California beach trips, Camping, San Fransisco, Illinois, cruises and most importantly snowboarding. If you know Dylan and I, we will find any reason to celebrate. We spent many occasions surrounded by friends celebrating whatever we could at the time. After a few years we finally graduated college. I graduated with a bachelors of nursing and an associates of business. Oh... actually the associates of business is in Dylans name but I claim that one too. Anyways! School was over and we could build our lives together. We were still living at Eugene and Jenettes house. Thanks by the way! And I had a room (and garage) full of stuff at my parents house (Thank you too!). Dylan and I saved as much money as we could to start adulting together, Given, we still went out to eat ALL the time and football was our excuse to go to a bar every weekend. We eventually decided that it was time to get our own place together. September 2022 we signed for a house that was to be built in February of 2023. In October of 2022, I went to Illinois with my family for a holiday called pumpkin day. Pumpkin day in my family is a time where everyone comes together to celebrate the fall season. Everyone comes to my uncle Dans farm and there is hay rides, pumpkin picking, face painting and most importantly spending time with family. I was out there with my family and walking one of the trails when I saw someone standing in the middle of the trail. When I get closer, I saw that it was Dylan. Dylan proposed to me, and it was the happiest day of my life (so far). After that, we made the big move into our new house. We have got some great roommates too! Lint and Sparky. Decorating the house and making it our own has been so much fun. We love having friends and family over, and spending days relaxing on the couch. We are currently spending our free time planning trips and this wedding. I will keep you all updated on this website with all of the needs to know! SO excited to see you all on the big day! Love you!
