Denton and I met where I never really expected to meet my soulmate, the dating app Hinge. One day I was swiping away on a road trip back from Utah, with my now maid of honor, and came across a sweet looking man (it was the mustache and motorcycle that caught my attention) and we started texting. Days go by and my feelings for this man are growing stronger and stronger and we have so much in common as far as our beliefs and values go. He was a good ole country boy born and raised in Oklahoma. We met about a week after we started communicating over the phone and have barely spent a day apart since. We both recently had gone through difficult break ups and had our hearts broken more than once in the past. I believe God put us through those hardships so we wouldn’t take it for granted when the right one came along. Denton cared for me more than I ever knew possible, showed me how I deserved to be treated and helped me love myself again. We always heard the saying “when you know, you know” but neither of us truly understood what that meant until meeting each other. It felt comfortable and right since the day I met Denton and I find myself loving him more and more everyday. Never thought I’d say this but thank God for dating apps!!!
