A. Yes, a bus will pick everyone up at the airport & take you to the hotel and then back to the airport at the end of the trip if you are part of the bookings through Evangeline. or you can book when you arrive at the airport

Q. Do I need travel insurance or trip cancelation?

A. Yes, you should always travel with insurance. If you live in Ontario, Evangeline can quote for any travel issuance you need. Outside of Ontario she can either put you in touch with a provider or if you have your own, she can look it over to make sure you’re protected.

Q. I'm traveling from outside Canada or not departing from Toronto, are the prices shown only for a Toronto departure?

Q. If I didn't book in the initial Feb book, can I still attend?

A. Yes, please contact Evangeline or if you book on your own, please ensure that you provide us with your booking information to ensure that we can coordinate with the hotel

Q. When is the deposit due?

A. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 (CDN) per person is required at time of booking. Deposits must be made by Feb 4th in order to obtain package price provided in booking information page.

A. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to departure day- Sept 13 2024

Q. After initial deposit, do I have to pay the full amount right away?

A. No, you may do a payment plan between now and Sept 13th 2024 - where the full balance/total must be paid in full.
