So, Devin is gonna hate me for even saying this but I met her about three years ago when she was interviewing me as a candidate to nanny for her newborn daughter. Obviously, we clicked off the bat, at one point we were together eight hours a day, five days a week and she immediately turned into a life long bestie. To say Devin is the life of the party is an understatement, you'll see in May. She is beautiful, smart, fashionable and talented to say the least, this girl can sing, she can dance and she can even act. Im thankful for her every single day and I cant wait for you all to meet her.

Raven and I have been best friends for over a decade, and she truly is my older " Seester'. We met at the 9/11 motorcycle ride for our local fire department and immediately hit it off. She took me under her wing and little did we know that we would be teaching one another so much. Raven lives in California, but has lived all over and that truly has been a test for our friendship, through all the years we have never let it come between us and we never skip a day talking to one another. We are in this for life and im truly blessed to have her. Her humor is probably one of the best things about her, I promise she will have you laughing, and you will quickly love her as much as I do.

A brother is always your first best friend. Dan has always been there for me since the beginning and has taught me a lot along the way. Dan always took full advantage of being the big brother; between blaming me for a few ornaments falling off the tree to chasing me around the yard with a fire extinguisher. Growing up we definitely had a lot of core memories and to this day we still continue to make new ones. It was an honor to be the best man for his wedding and I'm glad that he'll be standing up there with me for mine.

Monica is my (almost) sister in law, but to me she already is, I don't need to wait til May. She is everything I could ever ask in a sister in law and in every lifetime I would choose her again and again. We always get mixed up no mater what, and even though we laugh about it all the time, to be mixed up as her is a huge compliment. She is loyal, kind, strong, and she truly fits the saying " calm cool and collected " We are extremely similar yet so different, you can hear me from a mile away, her not so much. She has helped me in more ways then one and I don't know what I would do without her.

Nick and I met when Amanda and I started dating and quickly bonded on our shared interest in sports (even if we have a slight disagreement on the better NY baseball team), a good IPA, and the importance of family. Although Nick is Amanda's cousin, he's like the big brother she never had and asking him to be apart of our wedding was a no brainer. We've all grown closer to each other over the years and hope that'll grow well past the wedding.

Alana has been with my cousin Nick since I was 3 years old and has quite literally watched me grow and has been through EVERYTHING with me. She has always been someone I could go to, someone I could trust and has taught me just about everything I know. She has always played the role as a big sister for me and a built in best friend. I wouldn't of made it this far or landed myself an amazing guy like Matt if it wasn't for her & Nick. She is my ride or die in any game, my go to for advice, and everything in between. I would choose her in every lifetime.

Nick and I met when he joined the firehouse in Wolcott about 12 years ago and we quickly became good friends as you can tell by our unplanned matching outfits. You could find us, Dan and Rich all hanging out quite often. Nick was also a big help in the process of me getting hired on Waterbury FD and always making sure I stayed positive that I would get hired one day. Nick is one of the friends you can always count on for anything in life, he is a welcoming person and can always get a room full of people to laugh. Im thankful to have had him in my corner all this time and in the future.

I have known Taiya the shortest amount of time compared to everyone in our wedding party BUT I feel like I've known her my whole life and constantly wonder why she wasn't in it sooner! Taiya is the best listener Ive ever had, which if you've ever been in any sort of hardship, having someone to just listen is extremely helpful and important. In such a short time she has helped me in more ways then she'll ever know. One thing I will say is don't let her fool you though, when I met her I said to myself, "oh god I need to be on my best behavior around her" lets just say she brings the WILD side out in ME and im sure she will do the same to you! She has done so much for me in a small amount of time, she never fails to offer a helping hand. Taiya is the most selfless person I know and I love everything about her.

I met Rich at the firehouse in Wolcott back in late 2000's ; Rich and I joined around the same time and became good friends very quickly. Rich is one of the handiest guys I know and was a huge help to us when Amanda and I bought our house. I couldn't of done those projects without him and not once did he ever hesitate to help. I can always count on Rich when I have questions on projects that I'm working on, support in the fire department or anything in between. I'm thankful that he will be up there with me on the biggest day of my life.

Megan and I met a few years ago at a bridal shower and I instantly clicked with her and loved her, especially because she laughs at everything I say. Never in a million years would I have thought she would turn into of my best friends or bridesmaids but it was the best addition in my life and she was truly someone I needed. Similar to Taiya ( and that’s why were a trio) she is someone you will look at and think what an innocent one, but again, dont let these two fool you, they're wild in all the best ways. Megan is the most thoughtful person I know, she will always lend a hand, and will always make sure you're taken care of. Im lucky to have her as a forever friend.

Vito is a shared best friend between us. I (Amanda) was 21 when I met Vito at my friends bonfire one night. The night started with " do you wanna take a selfie with me?" and now 10 years later he's the brother I never had. When I met Vito I was quite literally in the darkest time in my life and he helped me get through things I never thought I would ever go through. He has always protected me, looked out for me and he along with his WHOLE family has welcomed me in as one of their own. I am extremely grateful for him, our friendship and that he'll be up there for us both. I promise you will love him as much as we we all do. Amanda introduced me to Vito 6 years ago when we started dating. Vito & I quickly bonded over our shared misery of being Yankees and Giants fans, our shared love for food and drinks and anything automotive. He has easily become a lifetime best friend for me as well, and a saving grace when I'm stuck with Amanda and her girlfriends. Vito will be your new best friend at the end of the night, and he will be talking to you for a good amount of time, so get ready for some good italian conversations.

Darian is my baby cousin, and although she's 17 I will always protect her and love her and refer to her as my baby cousin. She has grown into a beautiful young woman, she is the best softball player I know, and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be as cool as I am because she keeps me young. Darian is always fun to be around, she is a loyal and loving friend and she is easy to love and adore.

Landon not only is my cousin, but he is my godson as well which is something that has meant so much to me since. I don't even know how he is already 14 because I can still picture him running around in just his diaper with his skinny lil bod screaming for his " banky." Although I miss that age, watching him grow into this athletic genius of a tween has been a blessing. Landon can be a little quiet and shy but once you sit and talk to him he is full of knowledge and one of the biggest sport finatics I know. You're gonna be great up there bud, we love you.

So as I was writing this, I literally texted Steph and said " Uh, I don't even know how we met, do you? I feel like we just became social media friends one day and that was that." She was cracking up with me completely unsure too and I think those are one of the best kinds of friendships. Come to find out after digging through our messages, I reached out to her telling her I had an extra ticket for a concert she wanted to attend and after that conversation our friendship started and its been over six years now. Steph is one of the most hardworking people I know, she is the definition of a free spirit, especially with her personality and the fact that shes always down for an adventure. When she found out that we needed an officiant and offered, I was in shock, but in the best way. I couldn't ask, nor think of anyone better to have up there marrying us.

Our little Lina will always own a huge chunk of our heart especially because she is our first niece. I've always wanted someone to marry that had a brother or sister so it meant I could have a chance at being an Aunt because as we know I don't have any siblings. Not only am I lucky to be her Aunt, I am even luckier to have known her since the day she was born and I'll be able to watch her grow forever. She is the sweetest little girl and she's going to be an amazing flower girl.

My Evie girl.. I met Everly when she was just 4 months old, as her new nanny and oh so very quickly loved her, especially those dimples and sweet smile. She will turn 3 a few days after the wedding and to me thats just crazy, because I so badly want to swaddle her up and hold her in my arms again. I will say though, every day as she gets older and older has become SO fun, especially with her STRONG personality. Just like her mom Devin, she is the life of the party and will have you cracking up. Theres is nothing this girl cant do.
