Our Wedding

Hello everyone, My name is Raymond Epiquin, and I’m the lucky guy who will be marrying the incredible Amanda Mannella, the beautiful woman you see above. While Amanda is busy ironing out the most crucial aspects of our wedding, she generously assigned me one task: writing this message. Clearly, she knows my strengths—or maybe she just wanted to keep me out of the way. Either way, here we are. For those who don’t know, Amanda and I go way back to high school. I had a crush on her, but, as luck would have it, she was in a relationship. So, nothing happened—because timing is everything, and mine was impeccable. Eventually we reconnected after high school, under circumstances that are best explained as: The night I owed Amanda new shoes.&nbsp; I’ll save the good story for the wedding.&nbsp; Imagine how I felt when I woke up with Amanda’s number in my phone. I felt like I must have done something right. However,&nbsp;she had only texted me as a nice gesture to see how I was doing from the night before (I was not doing well). Though I wanted to keep the conversation going, she kept it brief (now I was doing even worse). Unfortunately, it was not our time yet. In fact, it wouldn’t be until over a year later that I would get another chance in the most romantic way possible… Snapchat! I added her, she reached out first and the rest was history.&nbsp; Throughout our relationship, Amanda and I have had highs and lows like any other couple. However through it all, we learned how to embrace when we were tested and how to make way when the other needed grace. We found out that everything falls into place, even when we fall short. We found out that no matter the direction life leads you, you’ll always be where you’re supposed to be. I know exactly where I’m supposed to be and have known it since August 2016.&nbsp; See you May 31, 2025!&nbsp;
