We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal. Please keep in mind that our wedding events will take place both in and outside.

Yes, we love & welcome every bit of your family! However, please keep in mind that there will be open bars, including cigars. If you don’t want your children around it, or don’t wish to have to keep a watchful eye, we recommend making it a date night.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat. If you happen to arrive after our ceremony has started, please wait and enter at our cocktail hour.

Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle to and from The Lodge at Flying Horse. Please keep in mind that our venue is situated on acreage outside of town & ride share options such as Uber and Lyft may be tough to come by, we strongly recommend you schedule your ride ahead of time. Check out our travel tab for more information on shuttles!

Absolutely! Should you choose to stay elsewhere, ride shares will be much easier to get to and from our hotel shuttle point. We recommend catching a ride to The Lodge and hopping on the shuttle from there.

The Flying Horse Ranch has plenty of on-site parking available! However, our number one priority is that all of our guests get to and from the party safely. If you plan on drinking, we highly encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle services we have arranged or utilize a ride share.

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off or silence your devices during the ceremony. We have hired excellent photographers & a videographer to capture this special moment and we’ll be happy to share those with you later! For the rest of the night’s celebrations, feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you like. We’d love to see our big day from your perspective as well!

Now we’re getting to the good stuff… yes, drinks are on us! We will be providing a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee.

In early September, the temperatures typically range from the high seventies during the day to low fifties in the evening. Since we’ll be utilizing both the inside and outside spaces of our venue, we recommend bringing layers. Keep an eye on the weather as you go about planning your trip!

Yes! In an effort to make your travel plans as seamless as possible, we have blocked rooms at both The Lodge at Flying Horse and The Residence Inn by Marriott. Please check out the travel tab for more information on these accommodations.

RSVPs with a return address have been provided in your formal invitation. Should you lose your RSVP card, please contact Amanda or Preston to let us know if you can make it!

Due to deadlines we also have to meet with our vendors, we will be placing an RSVP deadline of July 7th.

We don’t foresee any changes to our wedding plans & have a backup indoor ceremony spot on-site, should the weather change on us. However, please keep checking back on our site - we will post any updates that we have here.
