What is the dress code?
We encourage all guests to wear cocktail/winter semi-formal attire. Cocktail/Winter Semi-Formal dress clothes for women includes, floor length, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and ties. No jeans, sneakers, or white/cream dresses please.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:50pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place outdoors, but will be covered.
Is there transportation available?
Yes! We will have a total of four trolleys to transport guests to and from the venue. Two trolleys will arrive at The Double Tree Hotel at 2:45 and will depart at 3:00. Two trolleys will arrive at The Alida at 2:45 and will depart at 3:00.
Trolleys will depart after the reception at 10:00 to drop off at The Alida and The Double Tree.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
How do I RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Please kindly RSVP by October 13th! If you are unable to attend, please RSVP "no" at your earliest convenience. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final head counts to vendors after this deadline- you will be missed!
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. However, we do recommend carpooling or using the trolley from the hotel to prevent overcrowding. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight if needed, but need to be picked up by 8am the following morning.

3:30-4:00: Grab a drink and a seat
4:00: Ceremony Starts
4:30: Ceremony concludes
4:30-5:30: Cocktail Hour
5:30-7:00: Dinner and Speeches
7:00: Move to the deck for dancing and dessert
9:50: Last Group Dance
10:00: Grand exit
10:05: Depart The Mackey House for The Alida and The Double Tree.
10:30: We will most likely be going to the rooftop bar at The Alida so please join us if you would like!
