INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

Room reservations fall under the Marriott standard cancellation policy which requires reservations to be cancelled no later than two (48 hours) days prior to arrival or guest will be charged for one-night room and tax.

Room block is for king rooms only.

CUTOFF DATE

The Cut-off Date is thirty (30) days prior to arrival: October 20, 2021.

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM

Rooms will be reserved by via individual Guests calling the hotel directly at (800) 806-8080. Callers should be identified as Guests of “Vasquez Moore Courtesy Block” Each Guest must provide a credit card during the reservations process to guarantee the reservation. Rooms must be reserved by October 20, 2021 (“Cut-Off Date”). After the Cut-Off Date, all Rooms will be considered unused and released for general sale.

PARKING FEES

Virgin Hotels Nashville is a valet-only property. Overnight valet parking will be charged to individual guest folios at the standard rate of $45 + tax per vehicle.

RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Any changes made to group individual reservations must be made through the reservations department and submitted in writing 72 hours prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate change requests based on availability at the time the request is made, but cannot guarantee that requests will be accommodated.
