It was the summer of 2018 - Amanda just turned 21, and Mike had just graduated college. They downloaded tinder to see what all the hype was about. After a few messages back and forth - Mike thought he was being smooth and sent over his number. Amanda fell for the trick and ended up sending him a text. After 2 weeks of texting back and forth - they had plans for a first date. They were set to get some ice cream and hit the Long Beach boardwalk. Mike showed up to pick Amanda up - and was so nervous he forgot about the ice cream and drove straight to the beach. They spent hours just talking - and from that day they knew this was something special. Fast forward 3 months later - Mike took her back to the place they met and asked her to be his girlfriend. 6 years later - the pair decided to take a weekend trip to Disney, where Mike popped the real question and asked Amanda to marry him. Now living in a different state - with their furry little friends Monster & Moose, they are excited to start their very own happily ever after.
