Important info to know:

- You CANNOT book through our online system. If you try to use their online booking system, it will appear as though they are sold out because the rooms are already held for our guests.

- The resort is closed until April but they are in periodically to help guests secure reservations. You will need to either call or email to secure a booking. Please note, you may not get a live receptionist on the phone when they call while the resort is closed. They operate off of a voicemail system and will return voicemails within 48 business hours to help secure bookings.

- When booking, you will need to reference BOTH OF OUR LAST NAMES for the specific wedding block. They do have a few couples with similar last names this year so referencing both of our names is important to ensure you get in the correct room block.

- If you choose to call, you should call 609-492-4611 ext.1 and make sure to leave a message with a phone number you can be reached at during business hours.

- If you choose to email you can send email inquiries to groupbookings@theseashellresort.com. This email address will only be available while the resort is closed, so in April when the resort reopens, we will no longer be monitoring that email address for inquiries. Once the resort reopens we will book via phone only. This is a remote email team that can help guests book via email. This team does not have access to the resort’s phone system so if a guest chooses to book via email they will be asked to email credit card info.

If you are uncomfortable providing a CC over the phone, we encourage you to call to book instead.

- Once the resort reopens in April, they will only take booking by phone.

Oceanfront courtesy notice:

Please be warned that oceanfront rooms are located directly above our pool/tiki bar area as well as the reception room and night club. Music is provided for our guests' entertainment daily by the pool and nightly in either our night club or by the tiki bar. Music is also played during wedding receptions and special events. We want all of our guests to have the best experience possible while staying with us, so we warn about the noise levels in the oceanfront rooms. Anytime music is being played, the music will be heard and felt in these rooms. For more detailed information, please do not hesitate to contact the resort.
