We've reserved a room block for both Thursday May 19, 2016 and Friday May 20, 2016. There are two hotel options for you to choose from and a shuttle will be provided on Friday to take you to and from Cairnwood. We do not condone drinking and driving! The hotels are approximately one mile apart from each other.

To book your room please call one of the phone #'s listed below or click the direct link to book online. Be sure to reference the Palmer/O'Callaghan Wedding Block. The deadline to book via the room block is Thursday April 28, 2016. After that date rooms are not guaranteed.

FOR THOSE ARRIVING ON FRIDAY, WE ASK THAT YOU REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN IF YOU WISH TO GET READY AT THE HOTELS.

WE HAVE PUT IN THIS REQUEST BUT IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED FOR THE ENTIRE BLOCK OF ROOMS. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IF GUESTS INDIVIDUALLY REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN BY CALLING THE FRONT DESK, THEY ARE USUALLY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE.

SHUTTLES WILL DEPART HOTELS FOR THE CEREMONY AROUND 3:15PM. CHECK YOUR INDIVIDUAL WELCOME BAG FOR YOUR EXACT DEPARTURE TIME.

1. Courtyard Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove - King and Queen/Queen rooms are available as part of the room block. Suites are also available for those with families or in need of more space, but unfortunately they are not included in the room block and will need to be booked separately. This hotel has a bar next door, so we recommend those who wish to continue the night after the wedding stay at this hotel. Breakfast on Saturday May 21st is available for purchase at this hotel in the Bistro.

If you decide to book a room outside of our room block, please let Amanda know so we can make sure you get a welcome bag and are accommodated for the shuttle.

2. SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Willow Grove - this is an all-suite hotel. Both King and Double/Double rooms are available as part of the room block. All rooms also come with a pull-out couch. A complimentary breakfast will be served at this hotel on Saturday May 21st in the main dining area.

3. We also learned about a cottage that offers weekend rentals located less than a 5 minute drive from Cairnwood. The cottage is called The Creek and has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with master ensuite, saltwater pool, cable tv and wifi.
