When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. However, we ask that you do kindly respond by September 1st 2023.
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
Either way works for us! If in doubt, please reach out to the couple. Amanda forgot the stamps on the RSVP envelopes so please accept her warmest apologies for that.
Where is the ceremony/reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Tuscan Ridge in Morgantown. If weather permits, we plan to hold the ceremony outside in the grass, with a covered area available as a backup. Please keep this in mind when deciding on appropriate attire and footwear.
After the ceremony, we will be hosting a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. Appetizers and drinks will be served during this time, so we encourage you to join us for a fun and relaxing start to the celebration.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
We have made a reservation block at the Holiday Inn in Morgantown, 1188 Pineview Drive, Morgantown WV 26505.
We have linked the reserved block on our accommodations page, as they offer a shuttle service to and from the venue.
Please feel free to make your own accommodations arrangements as you prefer, but we wanted to provide this convenient option for those who may need it.
What should I wear?
We want you to look and feel your best on our special day, so we encourage you to dress in attire that is both stylish and comfortable. Whether that means a dress and comfortable shoes or a suit with a relaxed fit, we want you to feel confident and at ease.
As a reminder, the ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting, so please keep this in mind when choosing your attire and footwear. Long story short, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and fabulous! Just one small request - please leave the white and ivory colors for the bride. We don't want anyone mistaking our guests for the star of the show.

Where do we park?
There is parking available at the venue, and upon arrival, you will be facing a charming and inviting home. Please note that the bridal parties will be getting ready in this home, so we kindly ask that you walk around to the back of the house where the ceremony will be held.
You can also utilize the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.
What time should we arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 2PM. Please be sure to get there a little early to find a seat. The venue will be directly behind the first home you see upon arrival.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?
We highly encourage it! We will post a # for the wedding and/or a google drive link to share photos prior to the wedding.
What happens between the ceremony and reception?
After the ceremony, we invite you to join us for a fun and relaxing cocktail hour with appetizers and drinks. During this time, the wedding party will be taking pictures, so we encourage you to socialize and enjoy the delicious refreshments. It's a great opportunity to mingle with other guests and celebrate this special occasion together.
What time is the reception scheduled to end?
The venue requests that the music end by 10PM.
