Please arrive to Timber Hall by 4:30pm to allow time for parking and getting settled before the procession begins at 5:00pm.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Timber Hall. The driveway up to the venue is one car-width, but there are two gravel lots that lead to the ceremony site itself.

We kindly ask that cell phones and cameras are put away for the duration of the wedding ceremony. You are more than welcome to film or photograph prior to the procession and during the reception.

Nope! Timber Hall is equipped for both our wedding ceremony and the reception.

Our reception will be dry aside from the champagne toast at the end of the night. For insurance purposes, please do not try to sneak your own alcohol into the venue. The owner and wedding coordinator, Cheri, has been in the industry for many years and knows the tricks - we will be penalized if anyone has outside liquor through the duration of the event. That said, if you are helping set up the venue or getting ready with the wedding party, you are allowed to drink until the actual ceremony begins. After 5PM, any alcohol will be collected and redistributed at the end of the night.

After much consideration, we have chosen to make this an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, are able to immerse themselves in the joy of this occasion. We hope that this advance notice still allows you to attend our big day - your understanding means the world to us and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.

To ensure that we are able to comfortably accommodate all guests within the venue, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. Details regarding your party size can be located on your RSVP via The Knot, or on your physical invitation.

This is not a black-tie event by any means, but please remember that we have hired a photographer not only for pictures of ourselves, but candid photos of our loved ones as well. There will be a break in between the ceremony and reception where bride & groom will take their own photo - during this time please feel free to change into something more comfortable to celebrate for the rest of the night!

There are many hotels within 30 minutes of Timber Hall, but we have signed a contract with Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Asheville. Amanda is also able to provide a friends & family discount link for any IHG-branded hotel. Company policy does not allow us to post it publicly, so please send us a message for it.
