Please wear Formal/Black Tie Optional attire. What is Formal/Black Tie Optional? "...indicates something slightly less formal than black-tie is acceptable. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. The choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. As far as women are concerned, there's not much of a difference between black-tie attire and black-tie optional attire, although Mae says it's more acceptable to wear a dress that shows the ankles (which is not true of a black-tie dress code). Our venue has a limited capacity, and for this reason we ask you to please attend without your children unless it is otherwise specified on your invitation.

Again, because our venue has a limited capacity, we ask that you check your invitation which will indicate if you have been invited with a guest. All invitations will specify how many total guests you may bring. For example, (2) indicates you plus 1 guest, and (1) indicates just yourself. Thank you for understanding!

There will be 3 entree options. One or more of these may be gluten free, which will be indicated in your RSVP selection. Please reach out to the Bride or Groom if you have any other specific allergies or restrictions and we will coordinate with our venue to accommodate you.

We have a block of rooms at the ICONA Avalon, where our reception will be held. Understanding that our guests budgets may vary, you will find additional hotel options located within a block or two of our reception venue under the "Accommodations" tab on our wedding website. Please feel free to explore additional hotels or vacation rentals in the area if our recommendations do not suit your needs.

Transportation will be provided for the Bridal Party to/from ICONA Avalon and St. Joseph's Church for the Wedding Ceremony. If you are traveling from Northern NJ, St. Joseph's Church is just a stop along the way to our reception venue at ICONA Avalon! We hope you can make it to both the ceremony and reception, but please do not feel obligated if it is not convenient for you.

Parking in the main hotel lot is included for any guest staying at the hotel (one hang tag is issued per room). For guests not staying at the hotel, they may park street-side or utilize ICONA's Valet services.
