We will be providing shuttles for all guests from the hotel to the ceremony, ceremony to the reception, and reception back to the hotel. If you plan to ride the shuttles on the wedding day, please be in the hotel lobby at 1:20 PM to prepare for departure at 1:30 PM sharp to St. Patrick's Cathedral. After the ceremony concludes the shuttle will return guests to the hotel to freshen up for 30 minutes or so before departing for the reception at 3:40 PM sharp. Shuttles to return guests to the hotel when the reception concludes. Please be aware Ubers may be difficult to find around the reception venue.

Please note the shuttles will take off from the AC Marriott Hotel Charlotte City Center and Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte City Center.

We recommend flying into the Charlotte Douglas Airport and Ubering 15 minutes to the hotels. Welcome drinks will be hosted walking distance from the hotel and shuttles will be provided from the hotel on the wedding day, so cars will not be needed. If you choose to drive to Charlotte please prepare for downtown parking.

Tampa friends & family TPA flys directly into CLT or you can also fly PIE (St. Pete airport) into the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport which will be a 30 minute Uber to the hotel.
