We ask everyone to arrive and be seated by 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin at 5pm. If you’re late we ask that you wait until the ceremony is over to enter.

As much as we would love to include the littles, our guest count is limited by the venue, and we are currently at our max. We ask that you leave your little ones with a trusted loved one and if able, we would love for you to attend our unity and enjoy a kid free night.!

We will be serving alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages. Drinks are on us! We just ask that you drink responsibly and safely.

We want everyone to feel and look their best, but we do ask that no jeans or t-shirts are worn. The dress code is formal attire. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors..

Unfortunately, our guest count is limited by the venue. If you have a guest, we will have that option available for you on the RSVP once invites go out. If you do not see one on your invite, we were unfortunately unable to give you one. If you have questions regarding this, please feel free to reach out to Terrell or Amanda.

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, The Secret Garden and Estate in Huntersville, NC. Once we have our timeline completed, we will share the details.

We were unable to get a block of rooms but encourage our guests to look in the North Lake, Concord and University City areas for hotel accommodations. Downtown Charlotte is about a 30 minute drive from the venue. If you need assistance or have further questions please feel free to reach out!
