Welcome to Cancún!
Once you leave outside the main airport building, please check in at the Xcaret lounge located directly to the right of the exit doors.
If you walk any further, you will get hassled by drivers looking to take you to the resort at a cost.
Remember the shuttle service to and from the airport is included with your stay!
Someone will confirm your reservation and ask for identification. Afterwards, you will be checked in and they will let you know once the shuttle is arriving.

● Check-in time: 15:00 hours. Departure time (check out): 12:00 hours.
● Airport-hotel-airport shuttle every 30 minutes from 6:00 to 21:00 hours and every 60 minutes from 21:00 to 6:00 hours.
● Room, breakfast, lunch and dinner in specialty bars or à la carte
in the centers of consumption and at regular operating hours of the Hotel.
● Hotel’s open bar with national and imported drinks and beverages inside the bars and restaurants during the regular operating hours of the Hotel.
● Mini-bar (soft drinks, beers and bottles of water) stocked daily.
