What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We’d love for our guests to dress in formal or semi-formal attire — think cocktail dresses or floor-length gowns, suits or jackets. It’s not black-tie, but it’s definitely a dress-up occasion! The ceremony will be indoors, but we’ll have access to an outdoor fire pit in the evening — so feel free to bring a wrap or jacket if you’d like to spend time outside. For family who will be in photos, we kindly ask that you wear black or gray suits — no blue suits, please — to keep our photo palette cohesive. Our wedding colors are purple, green, and gold, so feel free to incorporate those colors! Thanks for helping us look our best!

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation says “and guest,” we’d love for you to bring someone. You will see an option for a guest on the RSVP page if applicable. Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and hope you understand!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 31st to help us finalize headcount and seating plans. You can RSVP right here on our website!

Where should I stay? Are there hotel blocks?

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. More details are on the travel page, along with a booking link for our block of rooms!

Is there parking or transportation?

There is limited parking at the venue, but we plan to have a code for either Lyft or Uber available. Stay tuned for more updates on this on the travel page!

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?

Yes, everything will be at Woodberry Kitchen!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so please arrive by 4:45 to get seated and settled.

What kind of gift should I bring? Are you registered?

Your presence is the best gift, but if you’d like to give something, we’ve included a link to our honeymoon fund on the Registry page!

What’s the weather like this time of year?

October in Baltimore is usually crisp and comfortable — think 60s to low 70s during the day and cooler in the evening. We recommend layers, especially if you plan to enjoy the outdoor fire pit!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests keep their phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We’ve hired an incredible photographer to capture every moment beautifully, and we’d love for your lovely faces—not your phones—to be in the pictures. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and help us celebrate!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

There’s a spot to note any allergies or restrictions when you RSVP — we’ve got you covered!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We’ll have an open bar with beer and wine available throughout the evening. Cocktails and other spirits will also be available for purchase at the bar. Cheers!
