Ceremony will start promptly at 12:30pm. The Mural Room is located upstairs. Please allow yourself time as you will have to go through security to be admitted. Parking is available in City Lot (1221 Anacapa St), directly across from the Courthouse on Anacapa Street. General parking in the lot is free for the first 75 minutes and $3.00 for each hour or part of an hour after that. Street parking is available in designated areas for 75 minutes.
