The shuttle will begin boarding at 3:45 and will be departing at 4pm. Please note that the shuttle is leaving the same time as hotel check-in. We HIGHLY suggest calling the hotel the morning of the wedding to request an earlier check-in as they will not allow us to do that for you. The hotel also provided us this information: If guests cannot get checked in prior to shuttle departure, they are able to leave their luggage with the front desk and check in upon return from the reception, and if they need to freshen up or change, they can use the locker rooms in the fitness center.
