Do I need to RSVP?
Yes! We ask that you please RSVP through the tab of our website no later than March 31, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
Where should I park?
Cruze Transport Services will pick up/drop off guests from two locations.
Those staying at the Valley Forge Inn can be picked up and dropped off there. Details to book your hotel room can be found under the “Travel” tab of the website.
Those driving to the venue can park at the Food City, which is 7 minutes from the venue. The address for the Food City:

What time can I check in to the Valley Forge Inn?
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. The hotel stated that guests can call on the day of check in to inquire about early check in.
What time should I arrive?
The recommended arrival time depends on which location you choose to meet the shuttle. The shuttle departure times are set to ensure all guests have ample time to arrive and be seated prior to the 5:00 ceremony start time. The Valley Forge Inn shuttle will depart at 4:10 PM.
The Food City shuttle will depart no later than 4:30 PM. Please note that these are the departure times, so you should allow yourself time before to park and board the shuttle.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
The only time that we ask for no photos to be taken is during the ceremony. We have hired skilled photographers and a videographer to capture this occasion. Once the ceremony ends, please feel free to take any photos that you would like!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will take place primarily outdoors! Following the ceremony, there will be accessible indoor space.
Is there a dress code?
Our recommended attire is “Semi-Formal,” such as mid or maxi length dresses for women, and khakis or suit pants with a collared shirt for men. Ties are optional. This is not a strict dress code, and we want you to be there to celebrate this occasion with us, regardless of your choice of attire!
We are hoping for great weather, but April in East TN can be unpredictable. Please come prepared with outerwear if you are worried about getting cold!
**Please note that you will have to walk on gravel upon arrival and during cocktail hour, so plan accordingly when making your shoe selection!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, with a limited size venue, we have to ask that the invitation only be extended to those specified on the save the dates and invitations that you receive. If a plus one is not listed by name on your invite, we are sorry to say that we will not be able to accommodate the additional guest(s).
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but we are sorry to say that due to space restrictions at the venue, our wedding will be an adults only event unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour that includes a variety of hors d’oeuvres. Dinner will be buffet style featuring salad, beef/chicken entrees, and a selection of side dishes. There will be vegetarian options to choose from, but there will not be many options available for those who cannot have wheat and/or dairy.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar serving white and red wine, beer, and seltzers all evening. Spirits and specialty cocktails will be available during cocktail hour.
