General Questions
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The entire event is Black Tie Attire. What does that mean? Floor Length Gowns for the Ladies and Tuxedo's for the Gentleman. If Gentleman prefer a suit, please ensure it is a 3-piece suit to include vest, tie and jacket with formal dress shoes. Please use this as an excuse to dress to the nines and enjoy a sumptuous night out with family and friends!
When should guests RSVP by?
We would appreciate an RSVP by April 11, 2024
Are there reserved blocks of rooms at one or more Hotels?
There is a room block under "Russell/Tolton Wedding" at The Hotel Dupont at a discounted rate. Room blocks expire April 1. We encourage all rooms to be booked in advance. Please see "Accommodations" Page for more information.

Are children invited to attend?
The wedding is adults only.
Specifically only the adults addressed on the invitation.

What should I not miss?
Be sure to get a photo with our Roaming Photo Booth, which will be available all night! The Bride and Groom also humbly ask that you sign their "Lucky Charm" as you enter the cocktail hour, and be sure to leave some advice, a happy memory, or any other message on their Audio Guest Book! Trust us, you will not be able to miss it!
For anyone who would like to temporarily get away from the party inside, there will be a Cigar Lounge located on the Lower Terrace with Complimentary Cigars for your enjoyment.

Transportation
Is there Free Parking?
Yes! Both Locations have large parking lots and Handicap Parking.
At Aldersgate Church, please enter the Parking Lot from Concord Pike and drive towards the back of the main lot. There is a small entry way into the Secondary Lot. Please park here for easiest access to the Church.
Is Transportation Available?
Transportation will be provided from the DuPont Country Club to The Hotel Dupont towards the end of the evening.
Shuttles will depart from The DuPont Country Club starting at 8:30 PM, returning every half-hour until 11:00 PM.
Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight at The DuPont Country Club with no charge. Vehicles are to be picked up the next morning.
Transportation will not be available from any Hotels to the Event.
Do you have Directions to the Event?
Of Course! The distance from Hotel DuPont to Aldersgate Church is about 8 Minutes, and the distance from the church to DuPont Country Club is about 5 Minutes. Always consult your GPS as well!
