Where is it?
Due to some higher profile guests, we are not sharing the address on an open website. Details are on your google invitation.
How long do you have the venue
We rented the entire venue from Friday at 3pm until Sunday at 11am. That means the party WILL RUN LATE INTO THE EVENING. Folks can come and go as they like for the whole weekend.
For those staying onsite at either of the two properties, checkin is at 3pm on Friday and check out is at 11am on Sunday.
Where is the after party?
For those wishing to join us for snacks or a beverage after the ballroom closes, we will be on property for the evening.
Dress code?
On Saturday, Tim's wearing a suit and Amanda a dress. Everyone invited usually cleans up well, so over to you!
Otherwise, it's informal.
The DC/Virginia area weather is unpredictable, so make sure you have layers.
Is there a Theme?
Eat, Drink and Be...Married.
Food?
You bet. Buffet style food and open bar. Have an idea for a speciality wedding cocktail? Let us know and it might be on the menu!

Music?
Amanda is excited to curate the cheesiest playlist of all time. Expect boybands, 00s, 90s, 80s, Disney, country, etc.
Tim and the DJ will do their best to supplement with good music.

Speeches?
It's one of Amanda's favorite parts of a wedding. It's gonna be the best open mic night ever. Email TimandAmanda2025@gmail.com to get on the schedule.
Potato?
Potato the Corgi will feature heavily in the wedding weekend. He expects lots of belly rubs (it's really his party).
Photos?
We will have an official photographer and everyone attending will get their photo taken. Be ready.
We highly encourage you to take photos and share them. QR code will be provided on the day.
Gifts?
We are grateful to have all that we need. But, if you would like to help us turn moments into memories on our honeymoon, a Registry is available. Linked up top in the navigation bar on this page.

I don't believe in fiat currency, do you accept bitcoin and other crypto currencies as gifts?

Driving?
If you are getting a rental car, please let us know. Most folks are coming from out of town so we may be able to match people up for cars and transport. Email...you guessed it...TimandAmanda2025@gmail.com
Parking?
Yes - there is plenty of parking on site.
Ubers?
It's a bit remote, but we've been told Ubers still come out. It's about $80 back to the city and $50 to Dulles airport.
We will have a backup driver on site Friday and Saturday.
Hotels?
Everyone has different price points. The towns of Leesburg and Winchester are about 30 min away and the closest ones to the venue. Dulles airport and its hotels are about an hour away. AirBnBs are dotted about.

Room blocks?
There are no room blocks or special rates at this time.
Shuttles?
We have a driver on site to help if Uber is slow/unavailable.
