This crazy ride wouldn't be possible if Brette Westberg didn't set us up. Brette and I worked together at Jax in Fort Collins Co. She worked in the clothing department and I worked in the Ranching. I will never forget the questions she asked me, " Are you married" "have kids" "dating anyone" Of course I said no. "Well I have a brother you should meet". I'm thinking, oh great here we go a stupid set up. She showed me a picture and I told her she can give him my number. A month or so later I get a witty text from Chris (I wish I still had it) We both had been through bad relationships and weren't wanting to date anyone. We started talking and finally met up for dinner. Chris thought, well I am going to take her coyote hunting and drink whiskey. If this doesn't scare her then she's a keeper. We became engaged March 2020 after a hockey game. We went to our new house that we were remolding, which we have officially moved in to. He asked me to marry him and here we are getting married. We can't wait to celebrate with the people we love.
