To our dear family & friends,

After a week of hard conversations, prayer, and tears, we have come to the very difficult decision to postpone our wedding celebration. The safety of our family and friends is the most important thing to us, and at this time we do not feel that we can gather as planned without placing that at risk. We are in conversations with the venue to select a new date to celebrate and we will share that date as soon as it is decided. We recognize and appreciate that many of you are excited to celebrate with us and we are disappointed that that won't be happening in May, but we cannot wait to party with all of our people once it is safe to do so.

We sincerely apologize for this change in plans. We appreciate the love, grace, and understanding shown to us by so many of you throughout this process. We are praying for your safety and praying that the Lord would make himself known to you right where you are.

If you would like to pray for us, please pray for peace, patience, and faith. This long-awaited season of joy has been replaced with many trials. We are processing this disappointment in a world where we are the lucky ones - this virus has taken much more from so many. Pray that we would believe and cling to Romans 8:28:

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
