What time should I arrive?

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, therefore we ask everyone to arrive by 4pm.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, parking is available on site at the venue if you choose to drive.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The venue is a large outdoor property in which some walking is required. However, we will have golf carts available to help with accessibility as needed.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Please refer to the "Travel" tab for all hotel info.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be all outdoors. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be uncovered and the reception will be covered by a tent. If needed, a covering for the ceremony will be added.

Will it be muddy?

Hoping not, depending on rain that weekend! But, the grounds are all grass covered so plan accordingly with your heels. We would recommend a block heel for ladies so you're not sinking all night.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the venue?

There will be a shuttle going from Warren St. in Hudson to the venue, and from the venue to the after party/Warren St. The shuttle will make stops at the hotels along the street, depending on where the majority of guests are staying. Stay tuned for more info on specifics!

Are Ubers/taxis available?

Yes, both Ubers and taxis in the area are pretty accessible and affordable. If you are staying outside of the main street of Hudson please plan for Uber/taxi service to/from the venue.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

The wedding is formal/black-tie optional. Ladies are encouraged to dress to impress in floor length dresses. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or tuxedo. See some inspo for ladies here!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

The wedding is adults only unless otherwise notified.
